Lamma Island is located southwest of Hong Kong Island. 
People take about 25 minutes by ferry from Central to Hong Kong Island. 

The transportation between Lamma island to Central only has a ferry. 
There do not have cars or trains.

     

Concept

The pier concept was based on mountains. 
A mountain is a series of a range that are near together. 

Then, tourism hiking is popular on Lamma Island,
and most people embody mountain ranges in hiking.

There are different levels, shapes, and angles.
Therefore, the mountain shape is placed on the pier which is related to the hill.
